The Bontrager Switch Lever Rear Thru Axle is an aluminum thru axle that secures a rear wheel to the frame with M12 x 1.75 threading. Measuring 165mm in length, it suits hubs built to a 142mm width and keeps the wheel firmly seated through standard riding conditions.
A 6mm hex key operates the axle for a lighter setup, or the integrated lever allows tool-free removal at the trailhead. The lever stores inside the axle body and stays in place with an internal O-ring, so it will not rattle loose or fall out during a ride.
