We’re keeping your orders moving. With the Canada Post strike starting September 26, all shipments are rerouted through UPS and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Please note:

  • PO Boxes cannot be shipped to at this time.
  • Rural customers may see longer delivery timelines.

  • Sale/Demo Bikes/Trainer Bikes: $195

*Oversized items include wheels (Under $500), floor pumps, select trainers, rims, work stands, car racks, and various other items.

Please note: Multiple items in each category incur a charge per item.

Delivery Timelines:

  • In-stock bikes are fulfilled within 3 business days.
  • Trainer bikes are shipped and delivered on a pallet.
  • Items shipped from supplier inventory could take up to 10 days to arrive.

How are bikes shipped?

Bikes are carefully packaged and shipped securely, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.

In-stock bikes are dispatched within 3 business days, and trainer bikes are shipped and delivered on a pallet.

Is there an additional charge for shipping bikes?

Regular price bicycles qualify for free shipping, providing you with added value.

However, sale/demo bikes and trainer bikes incur a separate shipping fee of $195.
