The Rapha Peaked Shadow Hat pairs a windproof, stretchy microporous Shadow membrane peak with an insulating Italian grid-fleece lining, giving protection against rain and wind along with warmth on cold rides. Unlined material covers the ears, creating a locked-in fit while still allowing awareness of road noise and surrounding traffic during winter training sessions.
Reflective piping along the edge improves visibility in low light, suiting rides from freezing to cool conditions between -4 and 5°C. Machine wash at 30°C on a low spin cycle with non-bio liquid detergent, rinse twice, and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the durable water repellent finish; avoid ironing, dry cleaning, fabric softener, and bleach.
