The Bontrager R3 Hard-Case Lite TLR Road Tire is a 700c x 28mm road tire built around a semi-slick tread and a 170 TPI casing. The R3 line pairs updated compounds with the Hard-Case Lite layer to balance rolling speed with flat protection on everyday road rides.
The tire is tubeless ready with a folding bead, running between 80 and 115 PSI depending on rider weight and terrain. For tubeless setup, it takes about 40mL of sealant, and a single tire weighs approximately 335g in the 28mm width.
