71901 (6901) Angular Contact Bearing, ABEC-5 (12 x 24 x 6mm)

Angular-Contact bearing generally used as a hub bearing for some quick-release hub designs, and can be used as a pivot bearinghough the MAX-type version of this bearing is better suited for suspension use. This ABEC-5 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls, dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements, and to contain the 90% fill Mobilux NGLI 2 high pressure water proof synthetic grease. When properly installed (black seal facing in) and adjusted, Enduro angular Contact (A/C) bearings engage all of the bearing's balls to spread the force over a larger surface area, decreasing friction, minimizing wear and increasing bearing life.

The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls possible and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
