CushCore tubeless air valves are built to work with CushCore tire inserts, replacing a standard valve's straight bore with a T-shaped air passageway. This shape keeps the insert from blocking airflow through the valve, maintaining consistent inflation and deflation even with an insert installed inside the tire.
Each valve is CNC machined from aluminum and anodized black, with a tapered rubber collar permanently bonded at the sealing interface for a durable, leak-resistant fit. The valve core can be removed to add tire sealant without dismounting the tire or removing the valve itself.
