We are excited to announce that CSL Sports, owners of Bici.cc, is merging with Broad Street Cycles. This unites two performance-focused retailers, strengthening their shared mission of serving dedicated cyclists and supporting the local riding community. Broad Street Cycles’ will continue to operate from their flagship downtown Victoria location as well as the retail and demo centre at Jordie Lunn Bike Park in Langford, creating a dynamic footprint that serves performance-minded riders, whether they ride road, mountain, or gravel alike.
With CSL and Bici’s backing, Broad Street Cycles will have increased inventory depth and product range focused on the needs of performance-minded cyclists, while maintaining the same great brand assortment. All existing employees of Broad Street Cycles have been retained, ensuring continuity of product expertise, service aptitude, and local riding knowledge. CSL Sports will also be putting in more resources for community support through events, group rides, and grassroots initiatives.

Who is CSL? CSL was founded by Alex Conconi, Malcolm Steenburgh, and Taylor Little, three Vancouver-based entrepreneurs and long-time cyclists. Alex and Taylor are long-time friends and business partners. Malcolm got to know Taylor and Alex through cycling (including an overnight mountain bike trip in the Chilcotins), and the three of them have been friends for the last five years. Through Bici and Broad Street Cycles, CSL is building a hub for Canadian cycling culture that brings together riders from across disciplines and backgrounds.
Both Bici and Broad St. Cycles share deep roots in BC’s cycling scene and a passion for finding innovative and category-leading products. Together, they will continue to champion the sport at every level.
