The Rapha Men's Core Rain Jacket II is a fully waterproof, lightweight layer that folds into a rear jersey pocket when conditions improve. At a claimed weight of 124g in size Small, it adds minimal bulk to a ride kit. The on-bike fit includes longer arms, a dropped tail and a short front for coverage while pedalling.
An off-centre zip with YKK AquaGuard hardware, zip guard and garage keeps draughts out, while six laser-cut underarm holes let heat escape. Fully taped seams and a raised collar seal out the elements, and inner cuffs in stretch elastane fabric keep a snug closure at the wrists. A shaped, redesigned hem with hidden elastic cord and four reflective stripes round out the details.
