Buying from Bici — How to know it's us.
There are copies of our store online. Here's what we always do, so you can tell the difference in about ten seconds.

Check it in ten seconds.
- Is the address bar bici.cc?
- Is checkout a Shopify checkout? If not, stop there.
- Is the whole store 60 to 70 percent off? Then it isn't us.
- Is there a company name, an address, and a phone number? Ours are published. Copies usually have none.
WHAT WE'LL ALWAYS DO
One online store, one checkout
bici.cc is our only online store. No outlet site, no clearance site, no regional site, no second Bici anywhere.
Every checkout on bici.cc runs on Shopify: card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, handed off to a Shopify checkout domain. If a checkout doesn't look and behave like that, don't enter your card details.
How we price, and how we don't
Every price on bici.cc is CAD. We don't display USD.
Our discounts are specific: one brand, or one category, for a stated window, with the regular price shown next to the sale price. We'll never have thousands of products at 60 to 70 percent off at once. Nobody in this industry can, because those prices are below what the goods cost a retailer to buy. A site selling everything at a third of retail is telling you something.
We publish, regularly
Buying guides, launch coverage, event recaps, chain wear explainers, video reviews filmed in our own workshop by staff you can meet. Look at the dates.
The photos are ours
Our team, our floor, our workshop, our rides, our customers. Not stock imagery, and not the same five studio shots you'd find on any manufacturer's site.
We're an authorized dealer
That's why warranty, crash replacement, and returns actually work when you buy from us. The brand honours it because we're on their dealer list.

If it isn't, it isn't us.
How you pay, and how we reach you
Card, or the wallet options in our Shopify checkout. We'll never ask you to pay by e-transfer, wire, or cryptocurrency. Any store that does isn't us and isn't safe.
Your order confirmation comes from our domain, with a real order number and real tracking that resolves to a real carrier.
If you think you've already bought from a copy
- Contact your bank or card issuer now and dispute the charge. This is the step that actually recovers money, and it works better the sooner you do it.
- Report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, or by phone at 1-888-495-8501 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4:45pm Eastern).
- Tell us. It helps us report the site, and we'd rather know.
We can't refund an order placed on a site we don't operate, and we can't ship goods someone else took payment for. What we can do: help you work out what happened, and factor it into our own reporting.
