Developed with the feedback from winners of some of the world’s most challenging endurance cycling races, the ABR1 Pocket Bib Shorts feature our unique three pocket configuration and have been designed for maximum comfort to help riders to stay outside for longer.

The ABR1 Pocket Bib Shorts have established themselves as the go-to shorts for long distance riding, with victories and Fastest Known Times on iconic events including the American Triple Crown (Tour Divide, Colorado Trail, Arizona Trail), The Atlas Mountain Race and the Highland Trail 550.

Chosen by riders from the front to the back of the field due to their unique three pocket system and reputation for exceptional comfort over long distances, including a high stretch elastic strap system for quick and simple comfort breaks without having to remove layers.

Updated for 2025 with a new main body fabric utilising a higher gauge knit to deliver more compression whilst maintaining the fit and comfort loved by Albion’s community of athletes and adventurers.

The shorts also feature new straps knitted with polypropylene for faster and more effective moisture transfer away from the body, as well as the Rear Guard, an invisible panel above the pad at the rear of the shorts to enhance the durability and longevity of the product.
