As a Marketing Intern at Bici, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across email, web, and reporting tools. From Klaviyo flows to Google Sheets dashboards, your focus will be on clean execution and staying organized—backed by great communication and a sharp eye for detail. If you’re curious about digital marketing and love seeing things go live, this role is for you.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, and QA in Klaviyo
  • Review emails and web content to ensure links, copy, and images are correct
  • Support UTM tagging and campaign tracking in Google Analytics
  • Help prepare weekly reporting dashboards and ad hoc performance recaps
  • Organize and maintain asset folders, calendars, and copy decks
  • Collaborate with the eComm team to align campaigns with launches and promos
  • Support the content team with asset coordination and scheduling

Strategic Outcomes:

  • Campaigns are launched on time and look polished across platforms
  • Tracking is accurate and helps inform future planning
  • Marketing assets stay organized and easy to access
  • Customers receive clear, relevant, and brand-aligned messaging

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with email tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Exposure to analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Copywriting, social content, or basic design experience
  • Bonus: Interest in cycling, apparel, or eCommerce

Location: 1497 Adanac Street, Vancouver, BC
Position Types: Part-Time (flexible hours, ideal for students)
Reports To: Head of Digital
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour
