EL496 Power Ratchet System 72T Freehub Assembly XDR
The Vision EL496 is a replacement freehub body built for Vision's Power Ratchet System, using a 72-tooth engagement mechanism for consistent drive engagement. It is finished in a SRAM XDR compatible driver interface, allowing riders to fit 12-speed SRAM road and gravel cassettes directly onto compatible Vision rear hubs without an adapter.
This freehub body is intended as a service part for Vision's Metron RS Power Ratchet System rear hubs, including those found on Metron 37RS and Metron 45RS Centerlock wheelsets. Keeping the ratchet mechanism and driver interface in good condition helps maintain reliable power transfer and consistent shifting performance over the life of the wheelset.
