The Shimano XT RD-M8260 is a Di2 electronic rear derailleur for e-MTBs running LinkGlide drivetrains. Rather than carrying its own battery, the derailleur wires directly into the bike's main battery for a stable power supply and a constant stream of shifts, with one less thing to charge before every ride.
A wide link structure, skid plate, durable aluminum plate, and solid pulley build in longevity, while the Automatic Impact Recovery function returns the derailleur to position instantly after a strike. Shadow ES keeps the chain stable in a slim profile, and Auto Shift and Free Shift technologies change gears while you pedal or coast.
