ST-4725 Tiagra Hydraulic Disc Brake Set Front Only, Flat Mount, J-Kit (2 Speed)
The Shimano ST-4725 Tiagra front brake set pairs a mechanical shift, hydraulic brake lever with the BR-4770 flat mount caliper, built for 2x10-speed Shimano Road drivetrains. Supplied as a J-Kit with pre-measured hose, this front-only set delivers consistent stopping power through a sealed mineral oil system while keeping shift actuation mechanical for straightforward cable routing and maintenance.
Finned resin pads manage heat at the flat mount caliper, and the lever offers adjustable reach so riders can tailor blade position to hand size; contact point adjustment is not included. The 1000 mm hydraulic hose comes uncut for trimming during installation. This front lever and caliper combination suits road builds pairing hydraulic braking with proven mechanical Tiagra shifting.
