105 R7120 12sp Mechanical Shifter + Hydraulic Caliper

The Shimano 105 R7120 pairs a mechanical dual control lever with a hydraulic disc brake caliper for 2x12-speed road bikes. Shifting stays cable actuated while braking runs on hydraulic fluid, so riders get familiar mechanical gear changes with the stopping power and wet weather consistency of a disc system. The lever body carries a revised shape drawn from a study of hand sizes.

A shorter lever blade reach brings the brake within easy grasp from the hoods or the drops, and reach adjust lets each rider set the distance from bar to lever. The shift internals borrow robustness from Shimano mountain groups, giving light lever action that allows single finger shifts. Each unit covers one wheel and one derailleur.
