Marathon Green GreenGuard 27" Tire

The Schwalbe Green Marathon is a pioneering touring tire that balances high-performance puncture protection with industry-leading sustainability. Built with 70% recycled or renewable materials, it is the first tire to utilize carbon black recovered from recycled bicycle tires. This eco-friendly construction is produced entirely from Fair Rubber, making it an ideal choice for environmentally conscious riders.

For reliability, the tire features a 3mm GreenGuard protection layer made of flexible India rubber to defend against flats on long commutes or tours. Its Addix Eco compound and 67 TPI casing provide a smooth, sporty ride quality that is optimized for both traditional bicycles and e-bikes with pedal assistance up to 25 km/h (E-25). A reflective sidewall is included to enhance safety and visibility in low-light conditions.
