The Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 crankset pairs 170mm crank arms with a 50/34T compact double chainring set, built for road bikes running a 12-speed drivetrain. Shimano's Hollowglide hollow-arm structure keeps the arms light while maintaining stiffness, and the asymmetric four-arm chainring bolt pattern matches the design used across Shimano's road groupsets.
This crankset uses Shimano's Hollowtech II spindle interface for a secure, low-maintenance bottom bracket connection, with a 110mm BCD and 9/16 inch pedal threads. The 148mm Q-factor and 44.5mm chainline suit standard road frame geometry built around 130mm rear hub spacing. A bottom bracket is sold separately.
