The 100% S3 sunglasses pair a Grilamid TR90 semi-rimless frame with a photochromic lens that shifts from Category 0 to Category 3 tint in under fifteen seconds. Light transmission ranges from 82% to 17%, letting the lens adjust automatically as conditions change. A 5.5-base cylindrical shield lens maintains a wide field of view without distortion.
Injection-molded polycarbonate construction provides impact resistance, while hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings repel water, dirt, and oil; a hard coating adds scratch resistance. The lens blocks UVA, UVB, and UVC rays for full UV400 protection, and dual air vents reduce fogging. Ultra Grip Rubber at the nose and temples keeps the frame secure, and the set includes a hard case, microfiber bag, and alternate nose pad.
