E to S Upgrade
The Ochain E to S Upgrade converts an existing Ochain E spider to the S specification. Both are active spiders that let the chainring rotate slightly against the crank, reducing chain feedback and pedal kickback as the suspension moves. The upgrade replaces the fixed internal travel chip with an external adjuster, so the amount of free rotation can be changed by hand.
The kit supplies an External Travel Adjust knob, rack, steel insert, spring, washer, bolts and outboard plate. Once fitted, the dial selects a locked position or 3, 6, 9 and 12 degrees of rearward chainring rotation, letting riders match the setting to terrain. Installation calls for removing the chainring and cover, then extracting the original travel chip.
