The Oak Components Grown Bashguard protects a 30 to 34 tooth chainring on bikes built for all mountain and enduro riding. Made from aluminum and mounted through ISCG 05 tabs, it shields the ring from rock strikes and curb hits without interfering with chain line or pedaling clearance. The guard suits riders who regularly tackle rocky, technical terrain where a bare chainring would otherwise take repeated impacts.
A topologically optimized shape spreads impact force evenly across both mounting points, helping the guard resist bending under hard hits. Installation is possible in most cases without removing the crank, and the package includes two aluminum bolts, two stainless steel banjo bolts, six washers, a screw-in aid, and spare screws for setup.
