The Oak Components Grown Bashguard protects chainrings sized from 30 to 34 teeth on bikes with an ISCG 05 mount. Finished in green, it bolts directly to the ISCG tabs alongside the bottom bracket, shielding the ring from rock strikes and pedal-stand impacts on technical trail and bike park terrain.
Its shape comes from a topological optimization process that spreads impact loads across both mounting points rather than concentrating force at a single bolt. Each bashguard ships with spare mounting screws and a screw-in installation aid; the hollow-bored screws let a sheared remnant be removed with a standard extractor, simplifying field repairs after a hard hit.
