The NiteRider CherryBomb 100 is a rear bike light that runs on replaceable AAA batteries rather than a built-in cell. Its most distinctive feature is the built-in reflector, which continues to return light from vehicle headlights even when the unit is switched off. Maximum output is 100 lumens, rated to the FL1 standard, across four selectable modes.
Two AAA cells give long service between changes, with roughly 72 hours in Steady High and up to 136 hours in Pulse Flash. Both a bike mount and a clip are supplied, so the light can sit on a round seatpost between 15.8 and 31.6 mm or clip on where a bracket does not suit. Sealing is rated IP66.
