The Michelin DH22 DARK is a folding-bead mountain tire built with tubeless-ready construction for downhill and enduro riding. Its MAGI-X compound, adapted from MotoGP technology, maintains grip in extreme conditions and cold temperatures. The evolved DH22 tread pattern balances speed and control across mixed and soft terrain, giving riders confidence when conditions shift mid-run.
Michelin's Bead to Bead Shield Technology adds cross-laid reinforcement through the crown and sidewalls, improving puncture resistance and casing durability over repeated runs. The DH22 is approved for e-bike use and fits rims in the 2.30 to 2.60-inch width range. It is available in 29x2.40 and 27.5x2.40 sizes, with claimed weights of 1340g and 1260g respectively.
