Assegai TR EXO Dual Compound 29" x 2.5" WT

The Maxxis Assegai is Greg Minnaar's signature tire, built for downhill racing and aggressive trail riding in mixed terrain. Its knob height sits between the Minion DHR II and the Shorty, and heavily ramped center knobs reduce rolling resistance while a small transition knob between center and side tread smooths the shift into corners.

EXO casing reinforces the sidewalls against cuts and abrasion while keeping the tire lightweight and flexible. The Wide Trail (WT) construction shapes the tread and profile around 35mm inner-width rims, and a 60 TPI folding bead keeps the tire tubeless ready for setup without an inner tube.
