The Assegai is Greg Minnaar's signature downhill tire, offering consistent grip across the tread whether upright or leaned into a corner. It can run front and rear for a matched feel, or up front paired with a faster rolling rear tire to reduce overall rolling resistance on trail, enduro, and downhill terrain.

A 3C MaxxGrip compound blends soft rubber layers for traction and slow rebound in downhill conditions, while a reinforced Downhill casing adds sidewall support for stability at speed. The tire's Wide Trail profile suits wider rims for a squarer tread shape, and this tubeless ready version is recommended for front installation.
