Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a carbohydrate fuel based on Hydrogel Technology for long training sessions and races. Mixing one sachet with 200 ml of water delivers 120 grams of carbohydrates in a distinct texture thicker than Drink Mix and looser than Gel. In the stomach's acidity, it becomes a true gel to encapsulate carbohydrates for easier absorption.
Formulated without added flavor, preservatives, or color, it can be combined with Maurten Additions like Cola, Menthol, Orange, or Apple to prevent flavor fatigue. It is designed to be mixed and carried in the Gel Mix Flask 350 ml for use in a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket, and remains stable in a fridge for up to 72 hours.
