The 7900 2RS MAX is an angular-contact, MAX-design bearing specifically engineered to handle the high-stress demands of mountain bike suspension pivots. By utilizing a custom ground slot to insert the maximum number of balls, this design provides 35–40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings.
Featuring Grade 10 balls and deep-groove races, these bearings offer superior lateral support against multi-directional forces. The construction is finished with dual-lip labyrinth seals and a 90% fill of Almagard extra high-pressure grease, ensuring the bearing remains protected from the elements while spreading force over a larger surface area to increase service life.
