3001 ABEC-3 Steel Bearing

The 3001 LLU is a specialized double-row, angular-contact bearing featuring a 12mm x 28mm x 12mm profile and C3 clearance. This ABEC-3 bearing is designed for high-stress applications, including specific quick-release rear hub designs and Rocky Mountain suspension pivots.

Reinforced Double-Row Design: The extra-wide configuration greatly reduces axle or linkage flex by doubling the bearing contact area compared to standard single-row bearings. This design ensures a more stable and stiff interface under load.

Maximum Protection: Outfitted with LLU dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove labyrinth to block the elements. The bearing is 90% filled with Almagard extra high-pressure grease to ensure long-term lubrication and durability.

Precision Engineering: Constructed with deep-groove races and Grade 10 balls to provide superior protection and strength. The Enduro line utilizes high-carbon chromium steel for these races to accommodate the largest balls possible for the given size.
