Strategic Outcomes:

  • Orders are fulfilled on time, with accuracy and care
  • Warehouse space is tidy, well-organized, and easy to navigate
  • Inventory levels are reliable and synced between Shopify and the floor
  • Stock is easy to access and replenished efficiently during peak season
  • eComm and retail teams can rely on real-time, accurate inventory data

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Physically able to lift boxes, move inventory, and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail setting is a plus
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools like Shopify, Google Sheets, or shipping software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
  • Bonus: Interest in bikes or familiarity with bike components and gearWorkspace, or content management tools
