As a Product Data Intern at Bici, you’ll be trusted to help keep our digital catalog clean, accurate, and ready to perform. From titles and tags to metafields and collections, your focus will be on doing things right the first time—backed by close collaboration with our eComm and buying teams. If you’ve got an eye for detail, love a tidy spreadsheet, and want to learn how product data drives great customer experiences, this role is for you.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Input and update product info in Shopify: titles, specs, tags, pricing, and imagery
  • QA listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment
  • Help maintain structured tagging systems and metafields
  • Support product categorization logic for filters and collections
  • Assist with reports to track catalog health and data gaps
  • Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams on new product launches
  • Keep internal docs and asset folders organized and up to date

Strategic Outcomes:

  • Product listings are clean, complete, and easy to shop
  • Internal teams can rely on accurate data for launches and campaigns
  • Catalog structures support filters, search, and collection navigation
  • Marketing and merchandising teams stay aligned on what’s live and what’s next

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience or coursework in eCommerce, marketing, or analytics
  • Comfortable in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots)
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus—but we’ll teach you the ropes
  • Bonus: Interest in digital systems, cycling gear, or online retail

Reports To: Head of Digital
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour
