Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site or hybrid depending on schedule)
Position Types: Part-Time or Full-Time (ideal for students or early-career candidates)
Reports To: Head of Digital
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Bici’s digital marketing across email, web, and reporting workflows. This role plays a key behind-the-scenes part in ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, launched on time, and tracked accurately.

You’ll work closely with marketing and eCommerce teammates to support campaign delivery, QA, and performance reporting—learning how marketing plans come together from setup through analysis. This role is well-suited to someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how eCommerce marketing actually works day to day.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support campaign setup and scheduling in Klaviyo, including flow testing and audience segmentation
  • QA email campaigns and web updates to ensure links, imagery, formatting, and messaging are correct
  • Assist with UTM tagging and campaign tracking in Google Analytics
  • Help prepare marketing performance reports and dashboards
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, including creative files, copy documents, and promotional calendars
  • Collaborate with Marketing and eComm teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches and priorities
  • Support social and content workflows through basic scheduling and asset coordination

  • Marketing campaigns are executed cleanly and launched on time
  • Tracking and reporting are accurate and reliable, supporting better decision-making
  • Marketing assets and documentation are organized and easy to access
  • Customers receive clear, polished, and relevant marketing communications

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred; Mailchimp acceptable)
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing content, links, and data
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment

Bonus:

  • Copywriting or basic design skills
  • Interest in cycling, retail, or the outdoor industry
  • Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, or content management tools
