Wolf Tooth's patented Drop-Stop ST tooth profile — a wide/narrow design developed specifically for Shimano Hyperglide+ and KMC 12-speed chains — provides reliable chain retention and mud clearance without a dedicated chain guide. The ring is built to a 50mm chainline, matching GRX 800 series geometry, and mounts directly to Shimano's 110mm asymmetric BCD four-bolt pattern.
