The Tarmac SL8 SRAM RED AXS combines aerodynamics, minimal weight, and ride quality for competitive road cycling. It features an aerodynamic 'Speed Sniffer' nose cone and a 685g frame, 15% lighter than its predecessor. This design achieves substantial speed gains, including being 16.6 seconds faster over 40km compared to the Tarmac SL7.
This model offers a 33% improvement in stiffness-to-weight and 6% more compliance for a balanced ride. It is equipped with a SRAM RED AXS groupset that includes a power meter, Roval Rapide CLX III tubeless-ready wheels, and a Roval Rapide cockpit. The frame maintains a proven geometry with 32mm tire clearance for versatility.
