The Shimano RS100 wheelset brings dependable aluminum construction to everyday road riding. Built for 700c rim brake frames, the clincher rims pair a 17mm inner and 23.2mm outer width with a sleeved rim joint for a smooth braking surface and consistent tire fit. Sealed cup and cone bearings keep the hubs rolling with minimal maintenance over time.
Quick release axles front and rear simplify wheel changes, while the steel freehub body accommodates 8-, 9-, 10-, and 11-speed cassettes for broad drivetrain compatibility. Stainless steel spokes (20 front, 24 rear) connect to painted hubs, and the set is recommended for 700c tires between 23 and 32c. Rim tape and aluminum QR skewers are included.
