The Shimano 105 FC-R7000 is the crank assembly from Shimano's 11-speed road group, supplied here as arms and spindle without chainrings. That lets a builder or shop fit the tooth combination a bike actually needs rather than buying rings twice. The Hollowtech II construction keeps the drive side arm and spindle as a single hollow unit.

The four arm spider takes a 110 mm bolt circle, and Shimano offers 50-34, 52-36 and 53-39 tooth sets for it. The 24 mm spindle runs in an outboard bottom bracket such as the SM-BBR60, which threads into most road frames. Shorter arms suit riders chasing a higher cadence or more hip clearance.
