The Shimano SLX SL-M7100-R is a right-side 12-speed shift lever built with RapidFire Plus 2-way release technology for quick, light shifting under the thumb or index finger. A multi-shift function lets you drop several gears at once with a single push of the thumb lever.

Shifting force is reduced and main lever access is quicker compared to the previous SL-M7000 lever, cutting down on effort during long rides. I-Spec EV mounting allows fine adjustment of the lever's position relative to the brake lever, and this version ships without the optical gear display.
