The Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 is a dual-sided power meter pedal system built around an ultralight 6061-T6 aluminum body and a chromium molybdenum clipless mechanism rated to 800 HV surface hardness. Compatible with Shimano SPD cleats, it suits mountain bike XC, cyclocross, and gravel setups, with an IP67 rating that keeps the internals protected in wet or muddy conditions.

Each pedal houses its own power sensor using Favero's IAV calculation method, delivering accuracy within plus or minus one percent alongside active temperature compensation. Built-in cadence and gyroscope sensors feed Cycling Dynamics metrics such as platform centre offset, power phase, and rider position over ANT+ or Bluetooth, while a rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 160 hours of use per charge.
