The Minion DHF in 27.5x2.50 is Maxxis's dedicated downhill and enduro tire, built on the New DH casing for a supported, predictable feel at the lower pressures aggressive riding demands. The directional Minion tread pairs sharp cornering knobs with a fast-rolling center for control at speed on loose, technical trails.
The New DH casing lets riders run 2-3 psi lower than the previous-generation DH casing without losing support, adding compliance and traction over rough ground. 3C MaxxGrip compound puts grip ahead of everything else, front or rear, on the descents this tire is built for.
