1-1/8" 45°/45° Headset Bearing ACB BO(30.5x41.8x6.5mm)

This Enduro 1-1/8 inch headset bearing uses an angular-contact ACB layout with a 45°/45° contact angle, measuring 30.5mm x 41.8mm x 6.5mm. Its races are made from 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy, treated with a black oxide and magnetite finish, then run through multiple chemical baths for a 3 micron anti-corrosive depth that also heat-treats the races for added toughness.

Grade 10 balls roll on a secondary super grind polished surface, held by dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove labyrinth design and filled 90 percent with Almagard 3752 extra high pressure grease. The angular contact design spreads load evenly across all balls to reduce wear, and the bearing carries a static load rating of 980 lbf (4.35 kN) and a claimed weight of 19.24g.
