The tape measures 2.5mm thick through the main contact zone, tapering to 1.8mm along the edges for a comfortable transition at the hoods and drops. Each roll comes with two screw-in end plugs and two finishing tapes to complete a clean wrap. The silicone gel backing lifts away easily during removal, avoiding significant residue on the bar. Installation involves locking the tape with regular or electrical tape before applying the finishing tape for a secure, tidy finish.
