This package is for bikes in good condition that only need fine-tuning and preventative maintenance. This service ensures your bike is safe, smooth, and efficient with targeted adjustments and inspections.
- Safety Check & Service Assessment – A full inspection of critical components to ensure proper function.
- Bolt & Bearing Inspection – All bolts, bearings, and pivot points checked for correct torque, wear, and secure installation.
- Cleaning – Wipe-down of the frame, fork, and wheels, plus a light drivetrain cleaning and re-lubrication.
- Drivetrain Adjustment – Fine-tuning of shifting, including indexing, derailleur limits, and hanger alignment.
- Brake Service – Alignment and inspection for wear to ensure reliable braking performance.
- Wheels & Tires – Minor truing, hub inspection, and inflation to recommended PSI.
- Final Test Ride – A senior mechanic rides the bike to confirm everything is dialed in and functioning properly.
This package is the ideal annual tune-up, designed to keep your bike running like new. The comprehensive service includes everything in the Basic Service, plus additional component overhauls and precision adjustments.
- Drivetrain Overhaul – All drivetrain components are removed, thoroughly cleaned in a parts wash, re-lubricated, and reinstalled.
- Wheel Truing & Tensioning – Precision adjustments to spokes for optimal wheel balance and performance.
- Major Bearing Overhaul – Headset and bottom bracket are cleaned, inspected, and re-greased if necessary.
- Parts Installation – New drivetrain components are installed at no additional labour cost. Other component installations (such as bar tape or brake pads) receive a 20% discount on labour.

Appointments
We do not currently take service booking appointments. We offer service on a walk-in, first come first served basis.
Just bring your bike by when it’s convenient. If you have specific questions before you visit, feel free to contact us before you visit.
Storage
Bicycles not picked up 7 days after the completion of service may be subject to a $5/Day service fee.
eBikes
We only service eBikes with mid-drive motors from the following brands: Shimano, TQ, Mahle, SRAM, Bosch, Bafeng, Hyenea, and Fazua.
We only service hub motorized e-bikes from brands we sell.
