• The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The competitor is an authorized Canadian retailer
• The product is the exact same model, year, size, and colour
• The competitor’s price is clearly advertised (no verbal or private offers)
• Shipping costs are included in the final price comparison

Price matches must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

If an item you purchased from Bici goes on sale shortly after your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

• If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, we’ll honor the sale price
• The difference will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit
