Price Match & Price Protection
At Bici, we believe in fair pricing and shopping with confidence. Whether you’ve found a better price elsewhere or something you purchased goes on sale shortly after, our Price Match and Price Protection policies are designed to make sure you’re taken care of, before and after you buy.
Price Matching
We’re happy to offer price matching when the following conditions are met:
- The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
- The competitor is an authorized Canadian retailer
- The product is the exact same model, year, size, and colour
- The competitor’s price is clearly advertised (no verbal or private offers)
- Shipping costs are included in the final price comparison
Price matches must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Please note: In some cases, Bici may not be able to offer a price match on select items.
Price Protection
If an item you purchased from Bici goes on sale shortly after your purchase, we’ve got you covered.
- If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, we’ll honor the sale price
- The difference will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit
- The item must be the same make, model, year, size, and colour
This applies to Bici sale pricing only. For competitor pricing, please refer to our Price Match policy above.
Important Notes:
- Discounts do not stack on top of price matches or price protection
(including welcome codes, team discounts, promo vouchers, bundles, or free shipping offers) - Customers may choose either a discount or a price match — not both
FAQs
Why do you only price match Canadian retailers?
Retailers outside of Canada often operate with different wholesale pricing, currency advantages, and import or duty structures. These differences make pricing comparisons unreliable and not directly equivalent.
Why can you match some Amazon prices but not others?
Many Amazon listings are from unauthorized sellers offering grey-market or non-warrantied products. Only items sold by authorized retailers are eligible for price matching.
Why does a listing meet the criteria but still isn’t eligible?
In rare cases, competitors may sell items below cost or outside dealer agreements. When pricing falls below what we can responsibly match, we may be unable to offer the same price.
